The symposium will take place at the New Sanno Hotel. Please be advised that our block of 90 rooms has been fully booked at this time. Although there will no doubt be some fluctuation of rooms due to changes in everyone’s travel plans, obtaining a reservation at New Sanno will not be predictable at this time. If you do choose to call the hotel from time to time to check availability, you should try with and without the group lodging code: 118451. Our Event Name is Tri-Service Dental Conference 2025.

Alternate hotels on the economy nearby to the New Sanno are available for additional personnel wishing to participate in the symposium, including accommodation at the MWR Tokyo Recreational Lodging (also known as Hardy Barracks), which is 2.2km north of the New Sanno. Their Lodging Manager informed us that they will begin to accept reservations for 21-25 April approximately mid-March of 2025. They have 35 King and Family Suites (some are pet-friendly).
