The symposium will take place at the New Sanno Hotel. We are currently holding a block of 100 rooms, but must release all but 30 rooms on 21 NOV 2025. If you are interested in attending the Tri-Service Dental Symposium, please call the New Sanno to reserve a room individually, while we continue to negotiate for final DHA conference approval.

Alternate hotels on the economy nearby to the New Sanno are available for additional personnel wishing to participate in the symposium, including accommodation at the MWR Tokyo Recreational Lodging (also known as Hardy Barracks), which is 2.2km north of the New Sanno. Their Lodging Manager informed us that they will begin to accept reservations for 23-26 April approximately mid-January 2026. They have 35 King and Family Suites (some are pet-friendly).
