Fee payment is now open! There are no fees for Virtual-Only participation. For In-Person attendees, a non-reimbursable personal expense or “Landing Fee” of $90 / ¥14,000 will be charged for Dental Officers and Vendors. This fee includes admission to the Tuesday evening Tri-Service Dental Reception event. This fee covers expenses that cannot be covered by official government funds, such as food, beverages, coins, gifts, cultural performers, and other reception expenses.
For additional guests desiring to attend the Tuesday evening social event, please pay $30 / ¥5,000.
Payments can be made in advance with Zelle or Venmo, or in person during registration at the New Sanno. Mr. Rene Martinez, BG. Crawford F. Sams Dental Activity Executive Officer, will manage fees. For cash payments, please bring exact amounts–no change will be provided.
With Zelle and Venmo Payments, please include a MEMO in the following format: “TSDS LASTNAME FIRSTNAME RANK OR COMPANY”
Product Vendors will be charged an $80 / ¥12,000 Registration Fee, per table (seats 2), to cover the conference room space for their displays, adjacent to the main symposium (Monday-Thursday). *If more than one representative from a Dental Supply Company attends the symposium–the Registration Fee need only be paid once.
