69th Tri-Service Dental Symposium

The 69th Annual Tri-Service Dental Symposium will take place from April 19–23 in the vibrant and culturally rich city of Tokyo, Japan. Hosted by the United States Navy, this premier event unites dental professionals from the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Japan Self Defense-Force to advance oral health readiness and operational excellence across the services.

This year’s theme, “Anchored in Alliance: Honoring Heritage, Securing the Future,” focuses on the critical skills and tasks that military dentists must master to support the unique demands of deployed and operational environments. The symposium will highlight the importance of proficiency in these essential tasks, which are vital to ensuring the health and readiness of service members in any setting.

Through lecture and hands-on training sessions, the event will foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing among tri-service dental professionals. Participants will explore strategies to enhance their capabilities, adapt to diverse challenges, and deliver high-quality care that supports both mission success and patient well-being.
